Exchange or Return of Goods
If you’re not satisfied or have received a defective product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
The item must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documents.
The product must not show signs of use or damage due to misuse.
The request must be initiated via our customer service team.

Any component (manual, warranty card, original invoice) is missing.
The item is damaged due to user error.
Refunds will be processed based on your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
