At Dreamwood Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to cancel your order or request a refund, please review the following policy:


❌ Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.

After Dispatch:

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered, as per our return policy.


💸 Refund Policy

Eligibility:
You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • You cancel the order before it is shipped.

  • You receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product.

  • The product is undelivered or lost in transit.

Conditions for Refund:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging (for returns).

  • A return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval by our quality team.

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account details for processing the refund.
