Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.

After Dispatch:
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered, as per our return policy.
💸 Refund Policy
Eligibility:
You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
You cancel the order before it is shipped.
You receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product.
The product is undelivered or lost in transit.
Conditions for Refund:
The product must be unused and in original packaging (for returns).
A return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval by our quality team.
Refund Process:
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account details for processing the refund.
